Where Do You Ship?
InStyleHandbag ships to the United States and Canada. In order to make purchases at InStyleHandbag, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address.

How Do I Find An Item On InStyleHandbag?
You can search for items on InStyleHandbag in the following ways:
By product category, listed on the left-hand side of the screen ("Clutches, “Hobos", "Totes", "Satchels", Shoulder Bags") and via the drop down menu on product pages.
By entering a keyword in the "Search" box found on the upper left-hand side of the screen. This will take you directly to any specific product information page.
When you see a product you like while shopping, enter the quantity desired and select the "Add to Cart" button.

When Will I Receive My Order?
Almost immediately after you place your order you will first receive an order confirmation email. It is at this time that we will begin processing your order.
Processing involves receiving your order, transmitting the information to the appropriate vendor, and packing the product for shipping. This can range from 24 hours to 5 business days, depending on both the manufacturer and the product type.

Can I Track My Order?
When we receive confirmation that your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused or defective merchandise in its original condition within 15 days for a refund or exchange. Simply call us at 905-593-1426 for assistance exchanging or returning your item.
