Hassle-Free Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused or defective merchandise in its original condition within 15 days for a refund or exchange.
- Simply call us at 905-593-1426 for assistance exchanging or returning your item.
What Else Do I Need To Know?
- All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box.
- Your card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after InStlyeHandbag has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
- Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by InStyleHandbag.com. Handbags from designer Raviani are handmade to order and can not be returned unless it is defective merchandise.

InStyleHandbag.com does not accept backorders.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Products are shipped using Standard UPS Ground or common carrier. Orders consisting of more than one brand will likely arrive at their destination over multiple days due to the varied locations of our warehouses. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email of the expected delay or provide you with other options.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
The products provided are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. All goods are inspected prior to shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to note any damaged boxes and immediately check the contents of the box for damage. If any damage is found, the customer must notify InStyleHandbag within 48 hrs upon receipt of the goods. A replacement will be sent out by InStyleHandbag upon inspection of the defective item. Customers will not need to pay shipping for the replacement item.
